About this gig
A Python triage script that reads inbound support tickets and returns a category (billing / bug / how-to / other), a priority, and a drafted reply for each.
How it works: triage.py posts each ticket to the OpenAI chat completions API (gpt-4o-mini) and parses the JSON response. With no OPENAI_API_KEY set it falls back to a built-in keyword rule set, so the demo always runs and never fabricates output.
Verified run: 5 tickets in, 5 triaged, exit code 0, 0.28s. The image is the actual output file. That run used the offline rules; the API is the same code path with a key supplied.

No. This gig is API integration (prompts + schema + pipeline). Training models is separate.
