Failed compliance is expensive: re-spins, re-testing, and weeks of delay. I help you catch the problems before they cost you, or diagnose why your board is failing now.
I'm a hardware engineer with 7 years designing custom electronics, including CE/EMC-compliant designs (I've taken ESP32 + Zigbee boards through EU CE compliance). I review your schematic and layout for the issues that actually cause failures: grounding and return-path problems, decoupling, filtering on power and I/O lines, crystal and clock routing, connector and cable EMI, ESD protection, and creepage/clearance.
What you get: a clear written report of every issue found, ranked by severity, with specific, actionable fixes not vague advice. Where useful, I mark up your layout directly.

What exactly do you provide
I bring my years of experience serving US and EU market. I provide advice grounded in mathematics, simulation as well as personal experience and various books. I can provide general guidelines or do the redesign for you in order for the board to be Electromagnetic Compatibility compliant.
Is my board guranteed to be CE/FCC certified after implementing your solution
CE/FCC tests are conducted in person at an accredited lab. I can assist you in reaching the pre-compliance testing stage. From there, we can investigate and fine-tune the board together. Remote work alone cannot guarantee FCC/CE compliance for a PCB.
What do you require from me
I will require all source files, simulation results, environment of the potential product, history of the product as well as details about any attempts at EMC compliance.
Do I expect a usual delivery from you where I provide details and forget until the deadline
In order for a board to become CE/FCC compliant, some knowledge in hardware especially electronics will be required. Regular meetings, questions and back and forth should be accepted to get your product completed.
What is your experience with it
I have been providing product design services to the US and EU market for about 10 years. Delivered more than 100 products to clients that are on the shelf today. I understand the legal traps as well as design mistakes first timers do in order to make their board CE/FCC compliant.
