2. Can you digitize highly complex designs or detailed artwork?
Yes, I can digitize complex artwork, detailed mascots, and large jacket backs. However, please note that highly complex designs may incur an extra charge and require more time. Please message me with your image before ordering for a custom quote.
3. What is an EMB file, and why do I need it?
The EMB file is the raw Wilcom source file. Having it allows you or any embroidery shop to easily edit colors, change sizes, or adjust density in the future without losing stitch quality. I highly recommend including it in your order!
4. Will your files work perfectly on hats and caps?
Absolutely. Cap digitizing requires a specific "center-out" and "bottom-up" stitching sequence to avoid shifting, puckering, or splitting in the middle. I manually optimize the pathing specifically for structured or unstructured hats.
5. How do you ensure there are no thread breaks on my machine?
I use strict manual pathing and proper tie-offs/trims rather than relying on auto-digitizing software. This guarantees smooth machine runs, perfect registration, correct density for your specific fabric, and zero nesting or thread breaks.
