All three. I handle plumbing, mechanical, and electrical takeoffs, either separately or as a full MEP package.
How fast is delivery?
Most MEP takeoffs are done in 24 to 48 hours. Larger or multi-building sets take 3 to 4 days, confirmed with you up front.
What software and files do you deliver?
I work in PlanSwift and Bluebeam and deliver a clean Excel takeoff plus marked-up PDF plans. Source files on request.
Do you include cost estimates or just quantities?
