What software and files do you deliver?
I work in PlanSwift and Bluebeam and deliver a clean Excel takeoff plus marked-up PDF plans. Source files on request.
Do you include cost estimates or just quantities?
Both. You can order quantities only, or a full material and labor cost estimate.
