Can I see what you are doing?
Yes. You watch your screen the entire time and you can end the session with one click. I will never ask you to open your bank or type a password while connected.
What if you cannot fix it?
If the problem turns out to be hardware and not software, I will tell you exactly what is wrong and there is no charge.
