Is it safe? Can my live store break?
No. I work on a copy of your theme, you review every change, and only then we publish. Your live store stays untouched until you say go.
Do I need a CRO audit first?
It's the ideal start: audit first, then implementation. If you already know what to fix, we start right away.
I have an audit from someone else. Can you implement it?
Yes. Send me the task list, I'll check it, tell you what I'd add or skip, and quote the right package.
What do you need from me to start?
Collaborator access to your Shopify store and your audit or goals. I'll guide you through granting access in 2 minutes.
How long does it take?
Most stores are done in about 2 weeks. You then review on the theme copy, I adjust, and we go live. (Express delivery available)
Which package do I need?
S: 1-3 key pages. M: every audit task on every page. XL: adds custom code, metafields or extra languages. Unsure? Message me your store URL.
Which themes do you work with?
Any Shopify theme, official or premium. If a premium theme makes sense, you buy the license on the Theme Store, I set it up.
Do you also write product descriptions and edit images?
No, those stay with you. I set up the metafield structure for conversion-ready product pages and send a video on how to fill it. (extra available)
Do you build brand new Shopify stores as well?
Yes. New stores run on my separate Create Shopify Store gig, built on the same CRO fundamentals. Message me and I'll link it.
