Your hosting provider, login access (or a support ticket you can grant me), and a brief description of the issue you're seeing.
What if you can't fix the issue?
If I determine the issue is outside what I can resolve (e.g. requires your hosting company's internal intervention), I'll tell you before starting and refund you in full.
Is my login information safe with you?
Yes. I only use access to fix the specific issue and never store or share credentials. I recommend changing your password after the job is done as standard practice.
Do you work with all hosting providers?
I'm experienced with most major hosts (Hostinger, cPanel, Plesk, GoDaddy, Bluehost, SiteGround, etc.). Message me your host name if you're unsure.
