FAQ
Will I own the source code?
Yes, completely. On delivery you get the full source code, database schema and migrations, and a README explaining how to run it. No licence fee, no lock-in, no dependency on me afterwards. Another developer can pick it up and continue. I write code meant to be handed over, not code that traps you.
Can you work with my existing system?
Usually yes. I regularly extend existing systems, add modules to something already running, or build a new frontend on an API you already have. Send me repo access or your API documentation and I will tell you honestly whether extending is smarter than rebuilding. Sometimes it is not, and I will say
What do you need from me to start?
A description of how your business works day to day — who does what, what needs approval, and where the current process breaks. Screenshots of your existing Excel sheets help a lot. If you have none of this, that is fine; I will ask structured questions until the scope is clear.
What if I need changes after we start?
Small clarifications during development are normal and included. Anything outside the agreed scope, I tell you before doing it and send a custom offer. I never do unapproved work and then ask for money afterwards. The scope is written down before we begin so both of us know what is included.
Will it work on mobile?
Yes. Everything is responsive and tested on phone, tablet and desktop. Data tables collapse into readable cards on small screens instead of forcing sideways scrolling. If you need an installable app experience, I can build it as a PWA — that is available as a gig extra.
Can you deploy it for me?
Yes. VPS with Docker and Nginx, cloud platforms, or cPanel shared hosting — I have done all three. Deployment is included in Premium and available as an extra on the other packages. I will also show you how to restart, back up and update it yourself.
Do you provide support after delivery?
Premium includes 30 days of support for bugs and small fixes. After that I offer a monthly maintenance retainer covering bug fixes, small features and priority response. Many clients keep me on retainer instead of hiring in-house. Message me for retainer pricing.
How long does a project really take?
The delivery times in my packages are realistic, not optimistic. A single module is usually 7 to 10 days. Three modules is 2 to 3 weeks. A full system is 3 to 5 weeks depending on how clear the requirements are. The biggest cause of delay is unclear scope, which is why I insist on writing it down fi

Yes, and the architecture is built for it. Each module is independent, so adding one does not require rewriting what already works. Many clients start with one module, run it for a month, then add the next. That is often the smarter way to buy — it spreads the cost and you learn what you actually ne

Tell me before the delivery deadline and I will fix it — revisions are included in every package. I would rather do extra work than have an unhappy client.
