Can this indicator show real order book / Level 2 data?
No — Pine Script doesn't have access to true Level 2 or tick-by-tick order data, for any developer. Indicators labeled "order flow" or "volume-based" approximate buy/sell pressure using price and volume, which is standard across the entire TradingView indicator category.
What information do you need from me to get started?
A clear description of what you want the indicator/strategy to do, your preferred markets/timeframes, and any specific entry/exit rules. Screenshots or examples of similar tools help a lot too.
Do you write the strategy logic for me, or do I need to provide it?
Both work — if you have a specific strategy in mind, I'll code it exactly as described. If you want help refining the logic itself, I can offer suggestions, but the core trading decisions and risk tolerance should come from you.
Will I own the script after delivery?
