What audio/video formats do you accept?

I accept MP3, MP4, WAV, M4A, MOV, and even YouTube links. If you have something else, just message me first.

Can I request speaker labels or timestamps?

Yes! I can include both at no extra cost in Standard and Premium packages — or as extras in Basic.

What if my audio has background noise or unclear speech?

I’ll do my best to transcribe even challenging files. If the audio quality is very poor, please send it first so I can confirm.

Can you transcribe confidential or sensitive files?
