I will do reverse engineering of scan file into 3d cad model

About this gig
Got a physical part, worn component, hand sketches or an old drawing with no CAD file behind it? I reverse engineer it into an accurate, fully parametric SolidWorks model ready for manufacturing, 3D printing, or Reverse Engineering.
Working from your photos, sketches, and measurements (or the part itself), I rebuild it feature-by-feature with correct dimensions and proportions, not just a rough visual copy. Five years designing precision mechanical components means tolerances and manufacturability stay front of mind, not bolted on at the end.
What you get:
- Fully parametric 3D CAD model (SolidWorks) Reverse Engineered.
- Neutral exports: STEP, IGES, and/or STL
- 2D manufacturing drawing with dimensions
- Clean, editable feature tree, no dumb-solid imports
- One revision round if measurements need adjusting
Great for legacy or obsolete spare parts, competitor teardown, product improvement, or getting an undocumented part ready for CNC machining, casting, or 3D printing.
Send your photos and measurements and I'll confirm feasibility before we start Reverse Engineering.

FAQ
What do you need from me to start?
Clear photos from multiple angles, any measurements you have (calipers help), and notes on what the part does. If you have the part and are local, I can measure it directly.
How accurate will the model be?
Very good for parts with flat faces, holes, and standard features, from careful photo and measurement work. Complex freeform surfaces are more accurate with a 3D scan or the part in hand.
Can you match the original tolerances?
es, where they're measurable or specified. Tell me upfront about critical fits and I'll size them using standard tolerance classes.
What file formats do I get?
Native SolidWorks (SLDPRT/SLDASM), plus STEP and/or IGES. Drawings come as PDF and DWG. STL is available on request for 3D printing.
Do you need the physical part?
Not usually. Clear photos and measurements cover most parts. Complex geometry goes faster and more accurately with the part in hand or a 3D scan.
