I can draw a lofi art for you that can either be animated or not. I will draw in any style but my forte is mainly anime art. I can draw simple backgrounds with simple assets and I can also add simple animations for the character or the background.
With the animation part, the cost may vary depending on how complex the scene you want. Additional figure and additional animation will cost you though. It can be flexible though and with the right price, you will be receiving high quality looping animated gif from me.
The theme is not limited to LOFI by the way, if you want an anime feel for it or, a music video or, maybe even a disney feel, just tell me about it and we'll figure something out!
Be sure to briefly explain every details you want and it'll be awesome if you provide more references!
