What's the difference between a basic chatbot and a RAG chatbot?
A basic chatbot uses ChatGPT with custom prompts and some info you give it — great for simple Q&A. A RAG chatbot is trained on your actual documents and data, so it answers accurately about YOUR business, products, and policies instead of giving generic responses. Standard and Premium include RAG.
Can you integrate AI into an app I already have?
Yes that's my specialty. I add AI features and chatbots into existing Next.js, React, Node, or Python apps without breaking what already works. Send me your repo or app link and I'll scope it.
Which AI models do you work with?
OpenAI (GPT-4o and newer), Claude, and open-source LLMs. I'll recommend the right one for your use case and budget, including API cost estimates so there are no surprises.
Can the AI take actions, not just answer questions?
Yes. With tool/function calling, the AI can book appointments, update your CRM, process data, or trigger workflows. That's part of the Premium package or available as an add-on.
Do you also handle the API integrations my app needs?
Absolutely. Stripe, Twilio, CRMs, and third-party REST APIs I connect them securely alongside the AI work. Add extra APIs as a gig extra.
