How do I know if I need Basic, Standard, or Premium?
Message me first with what's happening. If it's a small fix, I'll say so, I won't sell you a rebuild you don't need.
What if the fix turns into a bigger job once you're in there?
I'll pause and tell you honestly before doing extra work, rather than quietly expanding the job.
Do you need full access to our systems?
Often just enough to view the flow. For a rebuild, I'll ask for the minimum access needed inside your own Microsoft 365 tenant.
Do you offer ongoing support after delivery?
Yes - monthly monitoring is available as an add-on.
