Do you cover RBI Master Direction on lending?
Yes. Default framework for Indian banks and NBFCs. I also cover Fair Practices Code and Priority Sector Lending where applicable.
Do I get a process map or just text?
Standard and Premium include a Visio-compatible process map. Basic is text SOP only.
Can you write our credit policy too?
Credit policy is scoped separately from origination SOP. Message me first and I'll send a custom offer covering both.
How long for a complete origination SOP?
