FAQ
Do I need to provide server access?
Yes, I will need SFTP and or SSH access or access to your hosting panel (Pterodactyl, Multicraft, etc.) to complete the setup. All credentials are kept private and secure.
Can you work on an existing server without resetting it?
Yes, I can configure and improve your existing setup without losing your current data or world.
What is BungeeCord and do I need it?
BungeeCord (or Velocity) is a proxy that connects multiple servers together, allowing players to switch between them without disconnecting. You need it if you want a network with lobby, survival, minigames, etc.
Is DDoS protection included in all packages?
DDoS protection via TCPShield or Cloudflare is included in the Premium package only. It is also available as an add-on for Basic and Standard.
What if something stops working after delivery?
I offer post-delivery support as an add-on. I also recommend messaging me first so I can make sure everything is set up correctly from the start.
Can you do something more complex or fully custom?
Absolutely! If you need something more advanced, personalized or not listed in my packages, feel free to message me and describe your project. I am happy to create a custom offer just for you.
