Which banks do you support?
Most banks worldwide. As long as the PDF is text-based (you can select the text), I can convert it. Scanned statements are possible too: please message me first.
How do you make sure the data is correct?
I reconcile every file: opening balance + credits − debits must equal the closing balance, checked row by row. You get the reconciliation sheet with your delivery.
Do you use AI or automation tools?
Yes. I use Python scripts and AI-assisted tools for speed, and every output is reconciled and reviewed before delivery. If you'd prefer no AI tools, tell me before ordering.
Is my data safe?
Your files are used only for your order and deleted after delivery. I never share them.
Can you categorise transactions with my own categories?
Yes. Send me your category list (or your chart of accounts) and I'll use it.
