I will fix email deliverability with dns setup, inbox placement, and reduce spam rates

About this gig
"Klaviyo or Mailchimp is set up but nothing is performing."
Emails landing in spam.
Flows not triggering.
Campaigns sent but no engagement. It impacts on revenue directly.
This is the most common deliverability problem I see and it's also the most fixable.
What I look for when I audit your account:
- Are your SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records actually configured correctly? (Not just "showing green in Klaviyo or Mailchimp" verified at raw email header level)
- Is your domain on any blacklists?
- What does Google Postmaster say about your domain reputation and spam rate? Most brands never look at this.
- Are unauthorized senders using your domain?
- Is your list full of inactive subscribers dragging your engagement signal down?
- Are your events firing correctly? A broken Viewed Product event might be triggering browse abandonment emails to people who were never actually interested.
Once I know what's wrong, I fix the system.
The technical fixes are done within 3-7 days. Then comes the part most sellers don't tell you: reputation recovery takes 36 weeks, because Gmail's trust score for your domain is calculated over time. I will give you a documented recovery plan for long-term inbox placement.

FAQ
My emails have been going to spam for 3 months. Can you fix that?
That depends on what's causing it, that's why I always run the audit first. If it's a DNS configuration issue, that gets fixed within 3 days. The inbox placement improvement then follows over the next 3–6 weeks as Gmail recalculates based on sending behavior. I give you a week-by-week recovery plan.
What if the problem doesn't improve after you fix it?
I stay with you. If after 3 weeks of following the recovery plan there is no measurable improvement in Google Postmaster metrics, I continue diagnose at no additional charge until we identify the remaining cause. I don't deliver a report and disappear.
Do I need to give you access to my DNS registrar?
For the Audit Only package, no — you can run the lookup tools yourself following my instructions and I analyze the results. For Audit + Fix and Full Recovery, yes — I need either direct registrar access or a shared screen session to add/modify records.
