How long does the setup take?
It depends on what you need A normal setup from scratch takes at least 2 hours. If there are any extra requirements it takes more... Fixing optimization issues takes anything from 5 mins to 3 hours
How do you setup when we are in two different countries in the world?
I use a software called TeamViewer which allows me to voice chat with you and control your PC to help you with Streaming Setup! If you are not comfortable with sharing your PC access we can do it via screen share (will cost extra as it consumes a lot of time compared to method above)

What do i need before the session?

Do you have a time limit for the service ?
The service is Objective based but many clients recently don't take time seriously so I have a hard limit of 6 Hours on premium orders and 2 hours on standard orders. Normally they should be done before that time limit.
