Gig Summary
About this gig
I design SaaS dashboards, CRMs and admin panels in Figma that make sense to someone opening them for the first time. I've been doing this on Fiverr since 2023.
First I work out who logs in, what they check first and what they need to do next. Then I design screens that stay readable with heavy data, like long tables, filters and charts.
I also write front-end code (Next.js, Tailwind, TypeScript), so I set up the Figma file the way developers need it: auto layout, components, variants and clear spacing. I also built my own Figma plugin, UIX: Design System Generator, which sets up design systems.
What I design:
- Analytics and reporting dashboards
- CRM, admin and back-office panels
- Tables, filters, forms and settings pages
- Onboarding, empty states and error states
- Design systems, plus dark mode as an extra
Every package includes desktop and mobile layouts and the editable Figma file. Standard and Premium add a clickable prototype and a style guide.
Need the design coded too? Ask me for a custom offer.
Tell me what your product does and who uses it, and I'll suggest the right package.

We're Sigma Studio, a UI/UX team in Bangladesh building SaaS dashboards, CRM panels, and admin UIs in Figma since 2023.
What sets us apart: our lead designer also codes (HTML, CSS, JS, Next.js, Tailwind) and built a published Figma plugin (UIX: Design System Generator) plus a public component library. Every project ships with real, scalable systems, not one-off screens, so your developer isn't rebuilding from scratch.
We've delivered for clients across the US, France, and UAE, with a 5.0 rating across every review. Message us with your project. We'll tell you if we're the right fit.

FAQ
Do you design new dashboards or redesign existing ones?
oth. For a redesign, send screenshots or a short screen recording, and I'll start with a short review of what's confusing before I change anything.
What will I get at the end?
The editable Figma file with components and styles, PNG exports of every screen and, on Standard and Premium, a clickable prototype you can share with your team.
Can you work with my existing design system?
Yes. I can use your own components, or libraries like Material UI, shadcn/ui or Ant Design. No system yet? Premium includes a small one.
Do you provide a design system or style guide?
Yes, on Standard and Premium packages colors, typography, spacing, and component variants are documented so your dev team has everything they need.
What if I don't have real data yet?
I use realistic sample data that fits your product, so the layout gets tested with long names, big numbers and empty states before your users see it.
Can you code the design too?
Yes. I build in Next.js, Tailwind and TypeScript. Once the design is approved, ask for a custom offer and I'll quote the build.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. Dashboards often show private data, so I'm happy to sign one before you share anything.
Is the file dev-ready for handoff?
Yes, auto-layout, named layers, and spacing tokens are included so your developer isn't guessing at measurements.
How many revisions are included?
Unlimited revisions within the scope of the original brief, until the direction is right.
