RAG allows the chatbot to retrieve relevant passages from your documents before producing an answer. This helps the chatbot answer using your provided knowledge base.
Is the AI model included?
The application code is included. Paid model API usage, hosting, and third-party subscriptions must normally be provided or paid for by the buyer.
Can it run with a local model?
Depending on your hardware and model choice, I can integrate an OpenAI-compatible local endpoint such as Ollama or another supported service.
Can you deploy it to my server?
Basic deployment assistance is available in the Premium package. Please contact me first with your operating system and hosting details.
Will the answers always be correct?
No AI system can guarantee completely accurate answers. I can add source citations, retrieval constraints, and fallback behavior to reduce unsupported responses.
