What do you need to start working on project?
You can send us clear image of your product (transparent or plain background wii be better if possible).
Do you use only AI or Manual editing as well?
We use AI for image generation and mockups. But for final touch we use photoshop for color correction and lighting, and text adding (if neccessary).
How does your revisions policy works?
If the final output didn't met up with your expectations then, we will do it at no cost. But if you ask for a revision, for new idea that wasn't shown on the details you provided or revision for extra addons. This will include extra charge.
Will we also get what prompt you use for our image generation?
Upon client request, we are happy to share prompts. However, the client must first approve the final version of the submitted project after revisions. Once the project is approved and marked as complete, the prompt will be shared.
