Maybe you are designing a fan game. Maybe you just like Pokemon a lot. Maybe you just want to give an artist some better direction for your commissions. Regardless of why, there is a chance you want to develop a concept for a Pokemon Game. New Pokemon, New Characters, a New Region, Gameplay Mechanics, Plot, I know enough about the Pokemon franchise that I can do just about everything you would need for a Pokemon Game. With the exception of visuals and music, two things I do not have expertise in. It would essentially be a large document detailing everything about the game, including specifications on music and visuals if you want even though I can't deliver on that myself.
