I will design 3d mold for plastic injection silicone ceramic metal stamping die casting

About this gig
Are you looking for a professional 3D mold designer who can take your product from concept to production-ready tooling? You're in the right place.
I specialize in designing precision molds for plastic injection molding, silicone molding, ceramic molding, metal stamping dies, and die casting engineered to minimize defects, reduce cycle time, and lower manufacturing costs.
WHAT I OFFER:
- 3D mold design for plastic injection molding
- Silicone mold for rubber, LSR, and over-molding applications
- Ceramic mold tooling for slip casting and press molding
- Metal stamping die design progressive, compound, blanking, bending & forming dies
- Die casting mold design for aluminum, zinc, and magnesium alloys
- Full parting line, draft angle, gate, runner, and ejection system design
- DFM (Design for Manufacturability) analysis included
Ready to get started? Send me your part drawing, sketch, or concept and I'll review it for free before we begin.
Let's build a mold that gets your product to market faster, smarter, and production-ready.

FAQ
What information do I need to provide to get started?
To get started, please share your part drawing, 3D model (STEP/IGES/STL), or a detailed sketch along with the intended material, production volume, and any dimensional tolerances. The more detail you provide, the more accurate and faster the mold design will be.
Can you design molds for low-volume or prototype production?
Yes. I design molds for both prototype/low-volume runs and high-volume mass production. For prototyping, I can optimize for quick-turn aluminum tooling or soft tooling. For high-volume production, I design hardened steel molds with long tool life and tight tolerances.
Which CAD software formats do you deliver files in?
I deliver in SolidWorks (.SLDPRT/.SLDASM), AutoCAD (.DWG/.DXF), CATIA, Fusion 360, and Siemens NX native formats. I also provide universal formats including STEP, IGES, and STL so the files are compatible with any CAD platform or CNC machining software your manufacturer uses.
Do you perform DFM (Design for Manufacturability) analysis?
Yes — DFM analysis is included in every project. Before finalizing the mold design, I review your part geometry for issues like insufficient draft angles, undercuts, thin walls, sink marks, and weld line locations.
What is the difference between a stamping die and an injection mold?
A stamping die is used to cut, bend, or form sheet metal parts through a press operation — ideal for brackets, enclosures, and flat metal components.
Will the mold design be ready to send directly to a manufacturer?
Yes. Every mold design I deliver is fully production-ready — including complete 3D assemblies, 2D engineering drawings with GD&T tolerances, BOM for standard mold components, and all necessary machining references.
