What kind of items you can 3D print for me?
Our quote is only for the standard jewelry dimensions, like ring, pendant and earrings. If your item is different from the above items, please send us your STL file, we need to estimate the price accordingly.
Will the shipping charges be included in your price?
No, our price does not include the shipping cost. It depends on your location and delivery time you request. The regular shipping cost to the US is CA$8.00 per package under 100 grams. Please contact us for the shipping cost for other areas.
Can you deliver the order within 2 days?
Yes, usually we will deliver the order within 2 business days after getting your payment, but it will be delayed to the next business day if we get your order on weekends or public holidays.
