Most PowerApps work online which is great but don't function when they are being used offline. I will be able to offer the following:
Basic Gig
- Make app available when you have no internet/wifi connection
- Save form data within the app if there is no internet/wifi connection
- Save data to the device (Smartphone and tablet) to persist data even when the app is closed or device is off
Standard Gig
- Make app available when you have no internet/wifi connection
- Save form data within the app if there is no internet/wifi connection
- Save data to the device (Smartphone and tablet) to persist data even when the app is closed or device is off
- Send data to a SharePoint list or Azure SQLserver and remove data from the device
Premium Gig
- Including above and also the settings (dropdown lists, home screen messages, pause app usage) can be saved to the device and the app settings are updatable from a SharePoint list.
Users will be able to turn on a PowerApps even if their device has no network connection. They can save the data.

If the device has no connection, will the PowerApp still load?
Yes, the app will still load
If I close the app and the PowerApp app and turn off the device, will I loose the saved data?
No, you won't lose the data. The data will be save and encrypted on the device. The data will be loaded back into the app once you turn the app back on.
What kind of settings can I save to a PowerApp and control from a SharePoint list?
You can save dropdown data, updatable messages, headings/titles, turn off and on menu options. You can even pause an app's usage or stop an app from being used if it has not been online for a set period of time. All controllable from a SharePoint list.
