I can provide an hourly rate at $150usd an hour for projects. There is a minimum of 1 hour charge. If site visits are required internationally, expenses for flights, boarding, and car rents shall be covered.

I can provide professional consultation for municipalities, architectures, developers, community projects and homeowners. The rate of $150usd with 1 hour minimum remains the same.

No refunds will be provided in the event that a municipality, agency, or other approving body declines or rejects the report. Payment is for the provision of professional services and time spent on assessment, analysis, and report preparation, not for the outcome of any approval process.
