I provide project-based real estate financial modeling and analytical support for operators, sponsors, and small teams that need reliable numbers built correctly.

My work focuses on building, restructuring, and stress-testing Excel-based real estate models so they are internally consistent, transparent, and usable. Just clean models designed to reflect real capital structures and timing.

I've built and supported:

-Asset- and portfolio-level cash flow models

-Track record and performance models for internal and investor use

-Reporting frameworks consolidating capital accounts and NAV data

-Acquisition and development models across industrial, value-add, land, and development scenarios, supporting approximately $600MM in assets

Typical project work includes:

-Building or rebuilding underwriting models based on provided assumptions

-Asset- and fund-level cash flow modeling with clear sensitivities

-Budget vs. actual reporting and Excel dashboards

-Reviewing and correcting broken or unreliable models
