Most coaches teach you conversation techniques, body language tips, or how to be more interesting. I don't. I work on what's actually stopping you from expressing yourself in the first place: the emotional resistance and internal blocks. When those are gone, the social skills come naturally.

Yes actually that's exactly who this is for. You don't have to be severely anxious to benefit from this work. If there's any moment where you hold back, go quiet, or feel something blocking you from expressing yourself freely that's what we work on.

Most clients notice a shift in awareness after the first session. The freezing starts to loosen as we identify what's driving it. Real lasting change builds across sessions it's not overnight, but it's also not years.

We get on a video call. I ask you questions to understand your specific pattern — when it happens, what triggers it, what it feels like. From there we go deeper into where it comes from and start working on shifting it. It's direct, focused, and nothing like traditional therapy.
