Is there a limit for the length of my text?
None of the three packages has a limit for the length of the text. Just type in the number of words in the corresponding field and book the package you would like to.
Are you a native German speaker?
Yes, I was born ad raised up near Suttgart (Germany).
How long does the summarizing usually take?
You will receive your summarized text after a maximum of 24 hours.
What is the difference between the Basic-, Standard- and Premium-Package?
By selecting a package, you decide about the scope of the summary. The Basic-package contains a summary of up to 250, the Medium-package contains a summary of up to 500 words and the Premium-package contains a summary of up to 1.000 words.
I have a very long text (e.g. a book) to be summarized. Does the 24h guarantee remain valid?
For extraordinary long texts containing more than 50.000 words please contact me in advance, such that I can confirm the 24h guarantee or tell you the alternative maximum time. For texts containing less than 50.000 words the 24h guarantee is always valid.
In which format should I upload my file?
There's no specific filetype needed, Just upload your file as any of the common text-filetypes (.txt, .docx, .doc, ...).
My requirements aren't fulfilled by any of the three offered packages. What can I do?
