FAQ
Is the drone included and is it legal?
Yes. Drone shots are included in every package. I hold an EU A1/A3 remote pilot certificate and check airspace restrictions before each shoot. Some zones need a permit, I'll tell you upfront.
Which areas do you cover?
I'm based in the Rhine-Neckar region. Travel within 150 km of Mannheim is included (e.g. Heidelberg, Frankfurt, Karlsruhe, Stuttgart). Further locations across Germany on request.
How should the property be prepared?
Clean, tidy rooms, lights on, personal items out of sight. After ordering you get a short checklist. Sunny weather is best for drone shots, I'll suggest a date with a good forecast.
Can I use the videos on portals and ads?
Yes. You get full commercial usage rights for portals like ImmoScout24, your website, social media and paid ads.
Do you offer rates for agencies with many listings?
Yes. Add the Second property extra to film two listings on one day, or message me for a monthly package with a fixed number of properties.
