FAQ
Our employees are shy on camera. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Most people have never been filmed. I run relaxed interviews with simple questions, no script to memorize, and edit so everyone looks confident and natural.
Do you help with questions and concept?
Yes. You get an interview guide and shot plan based on your target candidates, culture and open roles. You only need to choose the employees and book the date.
Where can we use the videos?
Everywhere: careers page, job portals like StepStone or Indeed, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, paid ads and trade fairs. Full commercial usage rights are included.
Do you work for agencies as white-label?
Yes. I regularly produce for HR and marketing agencies. I appear under your agency name, follow your briefing and never contact your client directly. NDA on request.
Which areas do you cover?
All of Germany. Travel within 150 km of Mannheim is included (e.g. Frankfurt, Heidelberg, Karlsruhe, Stuttgart). For other cities I add travel costs, agreed before ordering.
