I will drive you in your lean journey, improving processes and operations reducing waste and increase efficiency. I would first conduct an assessment of your current knowledge to identify areas of improvement. We will work together to define a plan of trainings needed. Supporting you in the creation of performance metrics you will be able to track improvements after the changes implemented. You will be able to create based on the template I will share with you improvements plans and actions required to reduce costs and improve profit.
