What is your policy on deceptive marketing?
If it is discovered that the content you have me create is in fact deceptive, you will lose all rights to broadcast the content immediately & must stop all broadcasts. This policy is in place whether stated or not in any custom offers you accept.
Can I use your image in banner art/custom thumbnails?
For an extra fee, yes. This applies to any custom offers as well. Unless the custom offer says 'license to use my image in thumbnails/banner art' is included in the offer, you do not have license to use my image this way.
How long is the content licensed for?
My basic package includes a 3 month broadcast license while the Standard & Premium packages include 6 months. Content licensing grants use on paid/organic social media plus company branded websites.
If I order an additional hook will you also rerecord the entire main section of the script?
No, I will record the main sections of your script just once. Each hook will connect to my performance of the main sections by way of a small jump cut.
Can I alter/edit the provided content?
Yes, in this gig you are granted license to edit the provided content into 1 ad which may be recut to any aspect ratio.
