I will build a custom gemini gem with a notebooklm knowledge base
MOHAMED GOODMAN
About this gig
Is your team asking the same questions while the answers sit in scattered SOPs, FAQs and proposals? I will build custom Gemini Gems connected to a NotebookLM knowledge base made from your own business documents.
No code needed. I deliver everything through clear prompts, document organization and testing.
What I do:
- Review and organize your SOPs, FAQs, proposals and guides
- Set up a clean, labeled NotebookLM notebook
- Write focused Gem instructions for your use case (support, sales, onboarding, operations)
- Test each Gem with realistic questions and refine the answers
What you get:
- Ready-to-use Gemini Gems in your Google account
- An organized NotebookLM notebook
- Premium: a test set and a team usage guide
Answers are only as good as your documents, so I will flag gaps and outdated content I find along the way.
Note: a Google account with Gemini and NotebookLM access is required. Subscription costs are not included.
Message me before ordering to discuss your documents and goals.

Hi, I'm Mohamed. I help small businesses, Shopify stores and busy professionals save time and sell more. I build clean, automated Google Sheets and Excel tools (budget planners, dashboards, formulas, PDF-to-Excel data entry), write persuasive email and ad copy, and translate accurately between English, French and Arabic. I'm fast, detail-obsessed and easy to work with: I reply quickly, deliver on time, and revise until you're happy. Message me before ordering and I'll gladly help you choose the right package.

FAQ
Do I need any coding skills or special software?
No. Everything is built inside Gemini and NotebookLM using prompts and organized documents. You only need a Google account with access to both tools.
Will the Gem always give correct answers?
I test every Gem with realistic questions and refine the instructions, but AI can still make mistakes. Answers depend on the quality of your documents, so I recommend reviewing important answers before sharing them with customers.
Is my business information kept private?
I only use the documents you choose to share for your project, and I do not reuse them for anything else. Please remove any sensitive personal data before sending your files.
