What are your office hours?
My normal office hours are 9AM-4PM Monday-Thursday and 10AM-3PM on Fridays. Saturday and Sunday are my days of rest. (All US Central Timezone)
Can you change the thumbnail in my video?
No. Unfortunately this service is just to take the exact video you have, compress it to a smaller size and deliver it back. It is up to the client and the video hosting service they choose to change the thumbnail or thumbnail time location. YouTube and Vimeo should let you do this for example.
My file is too big to send. What now?

My video was already compressed once before. Can it be compressed further?
Yes, but at a slight reduction to quality. If you suspect that your video was already compressed before please let me know in a message. Sometimes the file will end up larger because a previous compression can do strange things to the file. Some videos are not good candidates for compression. Msg me
Does compression mean that you can make my 10 minute video a 1 minute video?
Compression does NOT mean that I edit or cut anything out of the original video. Compression means that I shrink the video file as is. So if you have a 5 minute video that is 500MB and If I am able to compress that 5 minute video down to 100MB, it remains a 5 minute video. No cutting or splicing.
Can you compress my video more than up to 80%?
Sometimes yes. This is known as an experimental compression. It takes more time and compressions to execute and therefore needs a custom quote depending on length and GB/MB size. Typically if it would have cost $5, it will cost $10 for an experimental compression for the same video.
