Do I need to buy a premium theme?
No. Basic and Standard use Shopify’s free 2.0 themes. If you prefer a paid theme, you buy it in your store admin and I set it up and customise it.
Can you redesign my store without losing products or sales?
Yes. I work on a duplicate of your theme, so your live store keeps selling. Nothing goes live until you approve it.
What do you need from me to start?
A collaborator request code for your store, your logo and brand colours, product details and images, and 2-3 stores you like.
Will my store work well on mobile?
Yes. I design mobile-first and test every page on phone, tablet and desktop before delivery.
Do you configure payment gateways and shipping settings?
Yes, checkout, payment gateway, and shipping configuration are all handled as part of the build, so the store is fully sales-ready.
Will you connect my domain and handle the actual launch?
Yes, domain connection, DNS setup, and store launch are included, so I handle the technical side of going live, not just the design.
Is support available after the store goes live?
Yes, ongoing support is available after launch, so any post-launch issues with apps, integrations, or performance can be addressed.
