I will be your devops engineer for on premise and cloud infrastructure
About this Gig
I treat infrastructure as a product: reproducible, observable, secure, and easy to hand off. I'm equally comfortable on bare metal in a datacenter and on public cloud, and I focus on solutions that hold up under real production pressure.
**What I can help you with:**
- Designing and deploying infrastructure on-premise or on the cloud (AWS).
- Standing up and operating Kubernetes clusters end-to-end.
- Building CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows.
- Setting up observability stacks for metrics, logs, and traces.
- Managing secrets, certificates, and network security.
- Troubleshooting and recovering broken infrastructure.
If your project needs someone who can both architect and roll up sleeves on the terminal, let's talk.

FAQ
Do you work on both on-premise and cloud environments?
Yes. I have hands-on experience with on-premise datacenters (bare metal, VMware, KVM) and public cloud (AWS). I can also help you plan hybrid setups where workloads run across both.
Which Kubernetes distributions do you support?
I work with vanilla Kubernetes (kubeadm), Kubespray, Rancher (RKE2), and AWS EKS. If you're using a different distribution, send me a message — I'm usually happy to adapt.
Will I get documentation after the work is done?
Yes. Every package includes handover documentation. Standard and Premium tiers include full runbooks so your team can operate the system without me.
Can you help if my cluster or server is already broken?
Yes. I offer troubleshooting and recovery as part of my services. Send me the symptoms (kubectl errors, logs, screenshots) and I'll scope the issue before we start.
Do I need to give you full root or admin access?
Ideally yes for the duration of the work, but I'm flexible. I can also work through a screen-share session if you prefer to keep credentials on your side. I follow least-privilege practices and never store credentials after delivery.
How do you handle secrets and sensitive configuration?
Secrets are never committed to Git. I use HashiCorp Vault or AWS Secrets Manager to broker credentials, and I share files through Fiverr's secure messaging. Any temporary credentials are rotated after the project ends.
What if I need changes after delivery?
Each tier includes revisions. If the change is within the original scope, it's covered. If it's new scope (extra environment, extra cluster, etc.), we can scope a small follow-up order.
Can you provide ongoing support after the project?
Yes. I offer monthly retainer arrangements for ongoing operations, monitoring, and on-call support. Send me a message to discuss your needs.
Which time zone do you work in, and how fast do you respond?
I'm based in Thailand (GMT+7) but flexible with meeting times. I typically respond within a few hours, and faster during business hours.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes, NDAs are welcome and standard for the kind of work I do. Send me your template and I'll review it before we start.
