Do I need to contact you before ordering?
Yes — since every redesign is different depending on your current site's size, platform, and whether a migration is involved, I recommend a quick free consultation first so I can give you an accurate quote and timeline.
Can you redesign my site without moving it to a new platform?
Yes. I can give your existing site a full visual and functional refresh while keeping it on the same platform.
Can you migrate my site to a different platform?
Yes — I regularly migrate sites to Wix Studio, WordPress, Shopify, and WooCommerce, rebuilding your content and design on the new platform.
How many pages are included?
The Basic package includes up to 5 pages, Standard includes up to 8, and Premium includes up to 10. Additional pages can be added for an extra fee.
How many revisions do I get?
You get three revisions per milestone. I gladly honor unused revisions for up to 30 days beyond delivery.
How long does a redesign take?
Standard delivery is 14–30 days depending on package and scope (number of pages, products). Rush delivery is available for an additional fee (7–21 days depending on package).
Will I lose my current content or SEO rankings?
No — I carry over your existing content and apply basic on-page SEO best practices during the redesign to help protect and improve your current rankings.
Do you offer training after launch?
Yes, training is available on reques,t so you or your team can confidently manage the new site. Training is included in the project price, so there is no additional fee for this service.
What if my site has custom features like a store, bookings, or forms?
I can rebuild these on your existing platform or migrate them to a new one — let me know what's currently on your site during the consultation so it's scoped accurately.
Do you offer milestone-based payments?
Yes — this gig includes milestones so payment is tied to project progress rather than a single lump sum. If the site is on the small side and you prefer a single payment option, we can do that too.
