I will build messer omniwin nesting programs from your dxf files

About this gig
You send DXF. I return production-ready NC and PGR files optimized in OmniWin for your Messer plasma or oxy fuel machine.
No generic nesting. No hand-edited G-code guesswork. Only shop-floor-ready programs that load directly into your controller.
What you receive:
Optimized OmniWin nesting layouts for maximum material yield
Clean NC/PGR output with correct lead-in/lead-out geometry
Verified cutting technology parameters matched to your material and thickness
Proper cut sequence to minimize heat distortion and torch wear
Production-organized files, ready for immediate floor use
How it works:
1. Upload your DXF drawings and material specs
2. I build the nesting in OmniWin calibrated for your specific Messer setup
3. You download NC/PGR files, load to your controller, and cut
Built exclusively for Messer plasma and oxy fuel controllers. Thick plate experience up to 100mm. Fast turnaround. Zero downtime from bad code.
Send your drawings. Get code your machine understands.

FAQ
Do you design parts from sketches, PDFs, or descriptions?
I do not engineer parts from scratch. I accept clean DWG 1:1 files or dimensioned sketches/PDFs with exact measurements for simple 2D parts. No photos or vague descriptions. Message me first if unsure.
What machine and software do you program for?
I program exclusively for Messer CNC plasma/oxy-fuel machines using OmniWin. I deliver .NC and .PGR files. I do not work with generic plasma tables or fiber lasers. Message me before ordering if your equipment differs.
What file format do you need from me?
Send clean DXF or DWG with closed 2D polylines. Include part names, quantities, and material. Broken geometry or missing dimensions will delay delivery.
What information do you need to start nesting?
Material type and thickness, sheet dimensions, grain direction, part quantities, clamp zones, micro-joints, output format (.NC/.PGR), and remnant strategy. Send all details upfront to avoid delays.
How do you optimize sheet yield?
I use OmniWin algorithms to maximize sheet yield and minimize scrap. Common-line cutting, strategic rotation, and remnant nesting are applied based on your production goals.
What is included in the final delivery?
You receive nesting programs (.NC/.PGR), layout reports, optimized lead-in/out, correct cutting technology, and organized files ready for direct loading into your Messer machine.
How many parts or sheets can you nest per order?
Standard orders cover up to 10-15 parts across 1-7 sheets. For high-volume runs (50+ parts, 10+ sheets), message me first for a custom quote and delivery schedule.
Do you offer lead-in / lead-out optimization and clamp zone management?
Yes. I configure lead-in, lead-out, and micro-joints using your Messer cutting technology. Clamp zones and collision boundaries are respected for ready-to-run programs.
