Why should I message you before ordering?
WooCommerce issues can vary greatly in complexity. Send me your website URL and a short description of the problem, and I can confirm the best package and delivery time. For a clearly defined small issue, you can also order the Basic package directly.
What access will you need?
Usually I need WordPress admin access. For server-side, PHP or critical errors, I may also need hosting, cPanel or FTP access. I will only request the access required for your issue.
Can you fix the issue without website access?
In most cases, I need access to diagnose and fix the problem properly. If you only need advice or want me to review an error message first, send me the details before ordering.
Will you take a backup before making changes?
Yes. For changes that could affect your website, I will make sure a recent backup is available before proceeding. I can also work on a staging site if you prefer.
Which package should I order?
