Yes, I come from the UK
Are you a professionally trained editor?
Yes, I'm an Advanced Professional Member of the CIEP, which means I have had to demonstrate a high level of professional competence and substantial experience, and abide by the Code of Practice of the Institute.
Are you professionally trained writer?
Yes, I'm trained in both copywriting (most recently through DigitalMarketers and Andy Maslen's Copywriting Academy) and creative writing (through the Open University and other courses).
What do you need from me?
I work in Microsoft Word with Tracked changes to allow you to see my amendments. Please send me your web page copy (with audience type) in one document with word count added. If you work in another format (e.g. PDF) please contact me first.
Will you work directly on my website?
I tend not to work directly on live websites, however if you prefer I can also markup PDFs of web pages. Please contact me first before you hire me for this type of edit/proofread.
Will you work on my AI generated text?
No. Ethically, and professionally, I cannot work on text generated by Artificial Intelligence. Text wholly generated by AI is non-copyrightable, therefore I am not able to edit it for you for publication.
