Do you provide a Windows license or activation key?
No. You must provide your own valid and legally obtained Windows license. I do not provide pirated keys, KMS activation, or any crack-based method.
How do you access my computer remotely?
I use a safe remote tool such as AnyDesk only after an order is placed. I will ask you to enter any passwords yourself. I do not access banking, personal files, or stored credentials.
Will my data be safe during the OS installation?
I strongly recommend backing up your data before any OS install. I provide a pre-install checklist. I do not handle backup myself but can guide you through the process.
