I only have a basic idea. Is that enough?
Yes. Send the target user, the problem the app should solve, the essential first-release action, and any references. I can help turn that into a bounded MVP flow before the build begins.
Do I need a finished Figma design?
No. I can establish practical UI direction from your brief, sketch, brand assets, or reference apps. A full custom brand identity or extensive design system is separate scope.
Does this include both Android and iOS?
The Flutter codebase targets both. Release builds are included only where the package table states them. Store submission is separate and always uses your developer accounts.
Who owns Firebase and paid services?
You do. You create and pay for production accounts, then invite my developer account with the least access needed. I can guide nontechnical buyers through this; never send passwords, 2FA codes, or payment details.
Is payment, chat, maps, or notifications included?
Only when the selected package or custom offer names that one integration and its acceptance criteria. These services vary too much to be implied by the word app.
What counts as a revision?
A revision adjusts the delivered work to the approved scope. A new screen, feature, business rule, design direction, or integration is new scope.
Is App Store or Google Play publishing included?
No, unless a custom offer explicitly includes submission assistance. You own the developer accounts and platform fees, and no freelancer can guarantee store approval.
What happens if the idea is larger than a package?
I will separate the must-have first release from later features and propose a custom offer or milestones. I will not compress a large product into a misleading low-price package.
