What do you need to get started?
I need your hosting and WordPress access, logo, page content, course outline, lesson materials and design references. Please provide the required plugin licenses and your preferred payment provider details through the platform's secure connection process.
Which LMS plugin will you use?
These packages are based on LearnDash, with Elementor for page design. If you prefer another LMS plugin, please contact me before ordering so I can confirm compatibility, scope and pricing.
Are LearnDash, Elementor Pro and hosting included?
No. You provide your domain, hosting and any required premium plugin licenses or subscriptions. I can help identify the tools needed before you purchase them.
Do you create the course content or videos?
No. You provide ready-to-upload lesson text, videos, images, downloads and quiz questions with answers. My service covers website setup, course organization and uploading content within your package limits.
How many courses and lessons will you upload?
Starter includes 1 course and 10 lessons. Essentials includes 3 courses and 30 lessons. Premium includes 5 courses and 50 lessons. Lesson limits are totals across all courses in the package.
Can students purchase courses and access their lessons?
Yes. Each package includes student registration/login, course access setup and one payment gateway. You need an eligible payment provider account. Account approval, transaction fees and paid extensions are not included.
Are quizzes, certificates and drip content included?
Essentials includes up to 3 quizzes and one certificate template. Premium includes up to 5 quizzes, one certificate template and drip scheduling for the included courses. Each quiz includes up to 10 supplied questions.
Where will my course videos be hosted?
You provide suitable video hosting and the links or embed codes. I will embed your videos into the lessons. Video hosting subscriptions, storage costs and video production are not included.
Can you build a multi-instructor platform or subscription-based website?
These features require a separate scope and may need additional paid tools. Please contact me before ordering to discuss instructor permissions, recurring payments, commissions or other advanced requirements.
Can I manage the website after delivery?
Yes. I provide a walkthrough covering course content, lessons and student management. You also receive 30 days of bug support for my delivered work. New features, ongoing maintenance and issues caused by later third-party changes are outside this support scope.
