Will you translate this free LuxAlgo indicator from Tradingview?
No. 1. they use numerous functions that TOS doesn't just have (arrays, etc). 2. They are a subscription service that puts up their fanciest, prettiest, yet most worthless tools for free to get people to subscribe to their pay service. You are better off finding a different tool.
Can you make an indicator that draws every possible supply and demand zone ever because ICT is awesome?
No...learn how to draw support and resistance lines like a grown-up. A support and resistance (ahem excuse me, "SUPPLY AND DEMAND ZONE") auto-draw indicator lags way too much to be useful in real-time trading and it's a critical skill to learn to do manually if you want to succeed.
