What kind of photo do I need to send?
A clear, well lit, high resolution photo where the face is sharp and unobstructed. Avoid heavy filters and low light. If you have a few options, send them all and I’ll pick the best one.
Is the portrait really hand drawn?
Yes. Every portrait is drawn by hand on paper from start to finish. It isn’t AI generated, traced digitally or printed.
Will I receive the original drawing?
You always get a high resolution scan or photo. To have the original posted, add a posting extra. It’s sent securely and packed flat to protect it.
Which paper size should I choose?
A4 suits a single person or a desk frame. A3 suits a wall frame or two people. A2 makes a bold statement piece. Message me if you’re unsure and I’ll recommend one.
Can I request changes?
Yes. I’ll share a progress photo before the final details, and you can request changes within your package’s revisions. Changes are easiest to make at that stage.
Can you draw pets, couples or families?
Couples and small groups are covered by the Standard and Premium packages or the additional person extra. For pets or larger groups, message me first so I can confirm and quote.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery is 7 to 14 days depending on size. Postage takes extra time and depends on your location. Need it for a date? Message me before ordering.
