I will develop a custom system for managing entries, lists, tickets, forms according to your specific needs. You can either rent it hosted for as long as you need it (getting/owning all the data, exports, backups), or you can get the code (non-exclusive) to self-host. Implementation is usually PHP + MySQL/MariaDB, but please discuss if a different stack is needed (and not too exotic).

Features could include:

• User management (public or non-public registration)
• Entries/lists/forms public or behind user login wall
• Different UI controls for data entry, maybe relations between these, maybe some filtering and/or sorting
• Wizard for data entry
• Notifications and/or approval/review process
• Change/activity tracking and/or "wiki"/revision feature
• User feedback mechanism
• Imports, exports, formats, API
• All of these configurable (admin control)
• Setup for the software

This gig and its price is obviously for a simple system. If you need more/all features, or need something more complex, price may vary.

Code is kept clean/simple.
