What do you need from me to start working?
We need some photos of your product, your product link on Amazon or the product description in an editable document, and your logo. Then we enrich the design with lifestyle images, infographics, etc.
Do you provide discounts on bulk orders?

If I buy the gig extra to get the source files, what format will I get them in?
We work with Adobe Illustrator, so you can expect to get your source files in either .ai or in PDF format. Another thing to note is that since we do not work with photoshop, we CANNOT provide PSD format.
If Amazon or eBay disapproves the images, will you revise the design?
Absolutely! We offer after-sale services. Just let me know the changes or suggestions from Amazon, and I’ll help you get your images approved. Disapprovals usually stem from inappropriate wording in the design.
